Our Story

Archers Catering & Events is a true family affair — chef Adam Archer works alongside his wife Jemma and his parents, Debbie and John, to bring every event to life. With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Adam started the business to share his family's passion for quality food and genuine care with events across Toowoomba, blending professional standards with the warmth of a family touch. Together, the Archer family caters for weddings, functions, corporate events, conferences, training workshops, birthdays, private parties, christenings and funeral wakes, always focused on fresh food and personalised menus. Being named a Quality Business Awards 2025 winner and a finalist in the 2025 ABIA Queensland Independent Caterer category reflects the family's shared commitment to doing things properly. As a family business, we're proud members of the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and love supporting other local businesses wherever we can.
