Meet Adam Archer, chef and owner of Archers Catering and Events!

Adam has been a qualified chef for 15 years now, and for the last 5 years he has specialised in catering for all types of functions and events. He is passionate about all things food and making sure each and every customer has a fantastic, personalised experience.

His favourite dish to make from the menu is the chicken croquettes — they are his personal family recipe, which he learnt to make in the kitchen with his Nanna and mum! Bonding over good food has always been an essential part of family for him, and now that passion inspires the catering team to create incredible food that your guests will bond over too.
