Did you know that we do corporate packages?

We have three function rooms at the Toowoomba Motel and Events Centre to hold your conference, training workshop or corporate event, from 10 people to 160 people! Our all-day conference packages with venue hire covers all the essentials that you need, including tea, coffee and juice along with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea to keep you refreshed all day long.

The Standard package offers our house-baked scones with jam and cream and biscuits for morning tea, nourishing sandwiches and wraps or a cold meat buffet lunch and delectable baked muffins and biscuits for afternoon tea.

Our Executive package is ideal for when you want to step it up a level, with a selection of danishes, savoury croissants and fresh fruit, plated meals for lunch (choose from three alternate drop options), and an assortment of quiches, sausage rolls, savoury muffins and fresh fruit to finish off the day.

Venue Hire

We can include venue hire in your conference package, which covers the room of your choosing - K's Conference room, Premiers room or Lords Function room - and your required room set up, table linens, and cleaning costs. WiFi, a whiteboard and projector can also be provided for your use (subject to availability).

Facilities at the Toowoomba Motel and Events Centre include a fully licensed bar, free off-street parking and budget-friendly accommodation on-site. An additional dining room is available from K's Conference room as a breakaway space, or the Lords and Premiers rooms can be combined for pre-dinner canapes or a separate break area.
